First you need to sign our waiver and fill out a short application so we know a little bit more

about you and your pup(s) (click on the “New Visitors” link above).

We have two fully-fenced private dog play areas, and you get to choose which works best for you! Our Agility Ring is the bark area next to the barn. We have just upgraded our agility equipment to Max200 contact equipment.

Many dogs prefer the Megapasture, a large grassy pasture behind the barn. Sometimes we have spare agility tunnels and weaves set out there for fun. The Bunny Hill is the grassy slope at the back end of the Megapasture.

The Megapasture and Bunny Hill are reserved as a combo, while the Agility Ring is reserved separately. Either can be reserved in blocks of 30 minutes. If you happen to have a reactive dog or wish to work your dog without other distractions, you may reserve the entire set of fenced areas.

PLEASE READ:

Appointments for the Pasture, Agility Ring and Swimming Pool must be canceled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the time of appointment. No refunds will be given for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. We will still allow appointments to be scheduled up to six hours in advance (please note however that you will not be able to cancel these appointments as it is within the 24-hour window). Please plan accordingly! Thank you for understanding!

There are three spots in front of the training garage at the front of the property, and three spots just past the pool to the left of the barn. Please DO NOT park in front of the barn or agility gate, or anywhere in the driveway, as it will make it difficult for other folks to get in and out. You are also welcome to park on the street (we ask that you don't park in front of the mailboxes, as the postal service will not deliver mail to our neighbors). We also ask that you vacate the property promptly once your appointment is over. This will make it easier for the next clients to enter the property. Thank you for your understanding!

FRIENDLY REMINDER

Please do not come onto the property prior to the time of your appointment. We want to keep dogs and people safe!

Remember to put away any equipment you moved or toys you brought out.

ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING ON THE PROPERTY WITH NON KOKORO DOG TRAINERS.

You must pay for every dog that enters the reserved space during the time of your appointment.

PRICING REMINDER

Hey guys! Just a friendly reminder about renting out both the Agility Ring and Megapasture:

You can currently rent out both spaces if you have a reactive dog(s) or just want the place to yourself, but you must pay to rent out both spaces! For example - one dog in both areas for up to an hour is $30 - $10 for the Megapasture and $20 for the Agility Ring.

Payment is due at the time of service.
